Carrier list

When placing a new order, SMIS allows you to select from a large number of different carriers. If you would like to pre-select the carriers that should appear on your list, you may do so on this page. To preview what your order form list will show, click here.

Status

Your custom insurance list is currently set to "OFF". This means that you will see the default insurance carrier list on the SMIS order form. If you would like to turn this feature on to see your custom list, click the "On" radio button below.

Below are the carriers that will appear in your list when "On" is clicked, above. Feel free to select carriers from the existing list of carriers and remove the ones you do not wish to see.
